Designed for a 1920's themed fancy dress birthday, this two tier cake has a ruffled skirt style bottom tier with pearl shimmer and a plain top tier with a lace headband, sugar rose and delicate feathers with a shimmering monogram 30! The look was completed with a string of black pearls and an iced board.
